We are qualified to the highest standard, the Post Graduate Certificate in Australian Immigration Law and Practice, which is the prerequisite requirement of the MARA to practice as a Migration Agent.

We are required to operate and adhere to strict professional practice and a Code of Conduct, Beware of Non-Registered Agents as they are Not Regulated, they frequently refer to themselves as ‘Migration Consultants’.
Client Protection
Our clients are further protected by the mandatory operation of a ‘Clients Account’ for banking and the knowledge that we must submit no less than a 75% application success rate within a 12 month period.
It is not in our interest or yours, for us to take you on unless we are confident that your chances of success are high.
Remember no one can guarantee you a visa, Australian Immigration law is complex and can change. If it does you need someone who knows the law and how to act in your best interests.
We must issue every client with a comprehensive schedule and cost order before we begin any work.
We have to maintain file notes which can be called for audit by the MARA. We also have to maintain our professional development for continuing registration.
On initial engagement, we must supply you with a copy of a document issued by the MARA called ‘Information on the Regulation of the Migration Advice Profession’, and make you aware of our Code of Conduct.
